Capabilities

Four ways to turn human-performance evidence into mission outcomes.

We start with the performance problem, identify the evidence and constraints, then structure the appropriate training, research, workforce, or readiness intervention.

Organizational & Workforce Performance

Organizational assessment, team dynamics, employee engagement, leadership development, conflict resolution, organizational health, workforce performance, and change-support activities.

Training & Workforce Development

Training-needs analysis, curriculum and workshop development, train-the-trainer programs, leader and coach development, psychoeducational content, and training-effectiveness evaluation.

Behavioral Research & Program Evaluation

Qualitative and quantitative research support, literature review, study operations, data collection and quality management, survey/interview design, program evaluation, evidence synthesis, and actionable recommendations.

Performance Assessment Support

Non-clinical needs assessment, performance-barrier identification, measurement planning, research instruments, program metrics, and referral/escalation boundaries appropriate to the engagement.

Embedded & Teaming Support

Key-personnel, specialist, research, training, and program-support roles for primes and Government customers, with labor-category qualifications and clinical credential requirements verified before commitment.

POTFF & HPO alignment

Positioned for performance and readiness missions without blurring clinical boundaries.

Cropper's strongest near-term fit is in non-clinical cognitive/performance training, workforce and family readiness, behavioral research, program evaluation, and specialist teaming. Clinical diagnosis or treatment is not represented as an available Cropper capability unless the specific labor category is staffed by appropriately licensed and privileged personnel.

Social & Family Readiness

Military-family, deployment, reintegration, relationship, communication, stress, and support-program research and education.

Research & Program Evaluation

Behavioral research operations, mixed-method data collection, quality control, literature review, program measurement, and continuous-improvement support.

Qualification boundary: Alignment to a mission domain does not mean qualification for every contract labor category. Cropper verifies degree, experience, certification, licensure, clearance, credentialing, and privileging requirements against the applicable solicitation or task order before proposing named personnel.

Frequently asked

Clear answers to acquisition and credential questions.

Can Cropper support POTFF and similar human-performance programs?

Yes, where the requirement aligns to verified personnel qualifications. We evaluate cognitive/performance, training, research, program-evaluation, social/family-readiness, and other specialist roles labor category by labor category before proposing named personnel.

Is Human Performance currently on Cropper's GSA MAS contract?

Cropper's current public MAS scope lists SIN 541330EMI and OLM. Human-performance work may use other authorized acquisition or subcontracting paths while additional SIN eligibility is evaluated; we do not represent unawarded SINs as current.

For Government buyers and primes
