The current website includes bounded mission and talent intake that generates a brief locally in the browser. Generating, copying, or downloading a brief does not by itself transmit the information to Cropper Industries.
Local intake and optional handoff
If you choose the optional email handoff, your browser opens your own email application with the generated brief. The website does not silently submit the form. You remain responsible for verifying the recipient and for keeping restricted or unnecessary sensitive information out of public channels.
Contact information
If you contact Cropper Industries by email or telephone, we may use the information you provide to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a business or employment relationship, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, maintain business records, and protect our systems and rights.
Minimize sensitive information
Do not send classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, credentials, payment information, full Social Security numbers, protected health information, source-selection information, or other unnecessary restricted information through public website or email channels.
Website operations
A production host may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, browser/device information, and security logs. Any production analytics, cookies, server-side forms, applicant tracking, or third-party services require separate review before activation.
